I am a personal trainer with expertise in fitness, nutrition, rehabilitation and corrective exercises. I am well versed in exercise physiology, biomechanics, flexibility and everything in between. For many years, I have helped people achieve their goals by formulating the proper fitness and meal program for each person. Whether you are new to fitness, or looking to transform your body but having a hard time getting past the inertia, or looking for exercise correction and therapy, or an athlete looking to prepare for a sporting event, I have the fitness plan just for you.
